Why do you specialize in Virgin Filipino Hair?

We have selected Filipino hair due to its thick, strong and soft properties. The characteristics of the hair is a reflection of the country’s multicultural ethnic landscape. The diversity of the Filipino culture means that their hair can easily blend in with the natural hair of various cultures. 

How much will I receive in my wig/frontal/closure/bundles?

Each wig weighs approximately 300-320 grams unless otherwise stated.

Our frontals weigh approximately 90 grams and the closures weigh 60-70 grams.

Each bundle weighs 100 grams unless otherwise stated. 

Each hair piece comes with our Lioness Hair tag clearing detailing the length, style and colour . It also highlights the authencity of the hair pieces. 

Returns and Refunds: 

Lioness Hair has a strict quality control policy and ensure that all hair items are thoroughly checked and inspected to maintain the high standard requirements of our customer. Due to the nature of our products and because each wig is custom made, all sales are final, however we may be able to offer an exchange if the following procedure is adhered to:

•  An exchange will be made for the same value only or store credit if it is returned within 3 days of receipt

•  The items must be returned before an exchange can be issued. The items should be returned by a recorded tractable delivery courier as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. This will be at the expense of the individual. 

• No exchange will be available if the seal around the hair is damaged or untied due to sanitation reasons
